Vertical Machining Center (Okuma MB-46VA, Mori Seiki NV4000DCG)

This is a numerical control machine that uses rotating tools such as end mills and has an automatic tool changing function. The center has two 3-axis vertical machining centers capable of heavy cutting and precision machining.

CNC Lathe (Takizawa TCC-2000)

This is a numerical control machine where the workpiece is rotated, and various fixed cutting tools are moved to perform cutting operations. It is equipped with a turret-type tool changer, allowing for automatic sequential turning operations.

3DCAD (SolidWorks Fusion360)

3D CAD tools that allow for the creation of virtual 3D models in a 3D space. Complex shapes, including free-form surfaces, can be viewed from various angles or cross-sections, allowing intuitive understanding of the model’s shape.

CAM (Mastercam)

CAM systems generate programs for numerical control machines based on designs created in CAD systems. This system sets machining steps, methods, and conditions to automate the machining process.
