Four students from IET Mongol Kosen College of Technology and New Mongol College of Technology took part in an internship program from September 3 to November 1, 2019. The program was organized by Sendai Kosen and G.E.S Corporation in Rifu, Miyagi for training the students to design and assemble the industrial use machinery.
This internship provides the opportunities for the students of IET Mongol Kosen College of Technology and New Mongol College of Technology to be introduced into Japanese KOSEN education system. After their graduation from Mongolian Kosens, the students who take part in such internship programs will have chances to find jobs and become engineers at local companies in Miyagi, Japan.
The Mongolian Kosen students got technical training and knowledge during the internship, as well as the unique experiences of working with Japanese staff of the company and learning lifestyle and culture in Japan. The students felt that it was a very fruitful month for their future career development and the internship helps them to consider and decide whether they take advanced courses of Kosen or get a job in Japan.
We hope they will become great engineers who will contribute to Japan and Mongolia in the future.
