On August 26, 2020, Sendai KOSEN and KDDI Corporation (KDDI) signed a comprehensive partnership agreement that aims to foster innovative engineers for regional industries through remote education and programing education using advanced technologies such as 5G and IoT.

 On the day, Shigeki Matsuno (Director and Deputy General Manager, Corporate Strategy Planning Division, KDDI), Hiroshi Fukumura (President of Sendai KOSEN), Kazutaka Baba (Vice President for General Affairs in Hirose), and Kazushi Sato (Vice President for General Affairs in Natori) joined the ceremony, and the comprehensive partnership agreement was signed by Director Matsuno and President Fukumura.

 We will prepare an education platform using KDDI’s advanced technologies such as 5G and IoT, and build an entrepreneurial mindset with the knowledge for regional revitalization of Co-Creation partner companies. Our aim is to foster engineers who can promote innovation and digital transformation (DX) to support regional industries.
