From Friday, September 19 to Sunday, September 21, 2025, a hackathon event was held at the University of Oulu in Finland.
This event featured competition in innovation, coding, and surprising ideas that make the impossible possible. Ms. Chise Ito (Hirose Campus), currently on long-term assignment at Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland, participated.
Ms. Ito and her partner, Ms. Galdiolo, tackled the challenge of building the future of global risk prediction. They developed an API capable of predicting conflicts occurring worldwide over a three-year period and achieved an impressive 3rd place finish.
Ms. Ito also participated in other events, winning awards and actively engaging in activities on-site.
